Is the Petarian Alumni Network open to anyone?
Any Petarian from any house or batch who attended Cadet College Petaro is eligible to apply. Before the account is verified, the information provided must match the college record. This procedure safeguards the accuracy and legitimacy of the alumni register.
I cannot recall my KitNo. Can I still sign up?
Your KitNo is necessary, because it links your application to the official college record. Before registering, review previous records, speak to a reliable batchmate, or get in touch with the Secretariat. Steer clear of guessing: a wrong KitNo could delay verification, and someone else's number would be reported as a duplicate.
What is the duration of verification?
Verification is done manually against the college record. Processing time depends on the Secretariat's queue and on how well the submitted details match. As soon as a decision is reached you will receive an email, and once approved you can use the app.
Who has access to my address, phone number and email?
Depending on the privacy settings you choose, only you and verified Petarians can view your profile. You have the option to keep your complete record private and stay out of the searchable directory, or to conceal your mobile number, email, residential address and office address separately. Hidden fields are stripped on the server before your record is sent to anyone else.
Is my data sold or shared?
No. The purpose of the register is to assist Petarians in locating and re-establishing connections. No personal data is sold. If you request account deletion, your record is removed in compliance with the platform's deletion policy — within 30 days.
I work for the Secretariat. Should I sign up here?
No. Secretariat staff have their own accounts on a separate administrative portal. The member directory and this registration page are exclusively for Petarians.
